Rich and flavourful seafood pasta with fresh Omani shrimp.
COOKS IN 30 minutes
200 gms spaghetti pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
300 gms fresh Omani shrimp
I litre shrimp stock
Splash of Mazoon Dairy Milk
½ cup parmesan cheese
Pepper, chilli flakes and salt according to your taste
Chop garlic and lightly saute in a pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil.
Add cleaned and de-veined shrimps and fry for a few minutes with chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
As soon as the shrimps turn pink, add a splash of Mazoon Dairy Milk and keep stirring. Turn off the heat.
Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in the shrimp stock with salt until al dente. Drain and reserve the shrimp stock.
Mix in spaghetti with the shrimp.
Add a splash of the shrimp stock to the spaghetti to keep it smooth and creamy.
Top with grated parmesan and olive oil and serve. This is sure to be a family favourite!
