Chunky Banana, Walnut and Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Deliciously decadent pancakes with chunks of fresh banana, crunchy walnuts and luscious chocolate chips.

COOKS IN 30 minutes


1.5 cups flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup Mazoon Dairy Milk
2 small overripe bananas
½ cup roughly chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Mash bananas separately.
  2. Stir in Mazoon Dairy Milk, egg and mashed bananas, and slowly fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Heat a lightly greased pan and pour batter into small circles onto the pan. Let it cook for about two minutes or until the tops appear bubbly.
  4. Flip pancake and cook for another minute until the pancake is fluffy.
  5. Serve with maple syrup and chocolate chips. The kids will not want to miss this heavenly breakfast!
